本案是位于西安金辉环球中心的样板房，提取了欧洲大学公寓的设计元素，并融入LOFT 风格。提升空间格调的同时，让家的温度弥漫其中，这样的居所无疑是年轻人的最佳理想型选择。

源自西方的LOFT风格，改变的不仅是家居风格，而是尝试另一种生活态度。上下双层复式结构，汇集流动性、透明性、艺术性、开放性等特征。

A户型以《星球大战》为主题，选用蓝色为主色调，营造现代感与科技感结合的空间氛围。B户型主打活泼俏丽的网红风格，大面积的粉色系，配以部分金属家具，打造一个都市少女渴望的公主梦。A户型与B户型完美结合，既满足了男生对于科技感与现代感的追求，又满足了女生对于粉色系少女梦幻般世界的想象。

This case is a model room located in the Jinhui Global Center in Xi'an, which extracts the design elements of European university apartments and incorporates the LOFT style. While raising the space style, let the temperature of the home permeate it, such a residence is undoubtedly the best ideal choice for young people.

The LOFT style from the West changes not only the home style, but the attitude of another life. The upper and lower double-layered structure combines the characteristics of fluidity, transparency, artistry and openness.

The theme of the A-type is "Star Wars", which uses blue as the main color to create a space atmosphere that combines modernity and technology. The B-type is mainly a lively and pretty net red style, a large area of ​​pink, with some metal furniture, to create a princess dream that urban girls long for. The perfect combination of the A-type and the B-type meets the boys' pursuit of technology and modernity, and also satisfies the girls' imagination of the dreamy world of pink girls.
