本案的设计秉承着港式风格的原则，使每个居室的设计都充满着灵动与通透的元素。硬装上面运用高端的木饰面，烘托港式氛围。空间上，书房呈开放式与客厅连通，形成大开间。客餐厅是南北走向，厨房外墙设计为玻璃隔断，并采用玻璃移门，使空间通透，扩大空间尺寸。玄关进门处的透光装饰柜，增加了实用性与空间美观性。

木饰墙体与皮革沙发组合，诉说着主人低调奢华的个性，传递出一种简约又不张扬、新颖又不随俗的生活方式。阳台以玻璃为隔断，增加室内的延展性，室内外达到自然、美学与机能一体的效果，召唤出一种感性、优雅的韵味，满足真正可贵的生活诉求。

The design of the case is based on the principle of Hong Kong style, so that the design of each room is full of smart and transparent elements. The hard-wearing top uses high-end wood finishes to create a Hong Kong-style atmosphere. In space, the study is open to the living room, forming a large open space. The guest restaurant is north-south, the kitchen exterior is designed with glass partitions, and glass sliding doors are used to make the space transparent and expand the space size. The light-transparent decorative cabinet at the entrance of the entrance has increased the practicality and space aesthetics.

The combination of wooden wall and leather sofa tells the owner's low-key and luxurious personality, which conveys a simple and unobtrusive, novel and unconventional lifestyle. The balcony is partitioned by glass to increase the ductility of the interior. The indoor and outdoor effects of nature, aesthetics and function are combined to summon a sensual and elegant charm to satisfy the truly valuable life demands.
