项目选址位于城市核心商务区CBD内，四面高楼林立，塔楼结构，南北两面整片玻璃幕墙，室内采光通透，层高3米3。

The project is located in CBD, the city's core business district, with high-rise buildings on all sides, tower structure, glass curtain wall on both sides of the north and south, indoor lighting transparent, 3 meters high.

传统意义上的设计、创意类别办公室，多用装饰主义手法和夸张的建筑结构张力去设计规划。公司创立至今经历了三次办公场所的迁移，核心主创团队对未来的办公空间达成共识：舍去繁复的修饰，如白纸作画。简洁、舒适、高效。

In the traditional sense, the office of design and creative category uses decorationism and exaggerated structural tension to design and plan. The company has experienced three office relocations since its inception. The core creative team has reached a consensus on the future office space: abandon the complex renovation,For example, drawing on white paper. Simple, comfortable and efficient.

简洁：舍去繁琐的设计技巧，空间干净利落使人安静，易于思考和创造。

Conciseness: let go of tedious design techniques, make space neat and quiet, easy to think and create

舒适：空间大尺寸留白，降低传统办公空间的局促感。每个角落采光充足，留有足够的互交娱乐区域。

Comfort: space large size blank, reducing the sense of cramping in traditional office space. There is plenty of light in every corner, and there are enough entertainment areas for each other

高效：具有随时聚拢和分散的动线机能、随时调取翻阅资料的收纳功能、满足联合办公的中央网络集成化系统。

Efficiency: It has the functions of gathering and dispersing at any time, collecting and retrieving information at any time, and meeting the central network integration system of joint office.

我们借助建筑体原有的采光优势，搭建了一个既开放又独立的办公空间。

We build an open and independent office space with the advantage of the original lighting of the building.

动线方面，循着两条轴线展开，玄关左边是会客、开放式西厨、休闲区。玄关右边是开放式办公区，中间是多媒体会议室，独立办公室位于项目南北两侧动线尽头，唯一的暗室留给仓库，设在独立办公室的中间。整个空间是一个围绕会议室的“回”型开放的空间而展开，每个区域空间开放，但功能多变且独立。

Following the two axes, the left side of the hallway is visitors, open western kitchen and leisure area. On the right side of the entrance is an open office area, with a multimedia conference room in the middle. The independent office is located at the end of the moving line on both sides of the project. The only darkroom is reserved for the warehouse and is located in the middle of the independent office. The whole space is a "back" open space around the conference room. Each area is open, but its function is changeable and independent.

立面方面，为了做视觉层高，所有立面材质都用大面表现，以原始结构梁下标高来统一尺寸高度。洗出了原有塔楼结构的两根结构柱，是整个空间唯一的粗糙面，和其他材质形成质感反差。墙、地面统一着色，模糊空间构架，智能电控玻璃隔断，这些带来的都是随时变化的互交体验。

In the facade aspect, in order to make the visual layer height, all facade materials are represented by large facades, and the elevation of the original structure beam is used to unify the dimension height. Washed out the original tower structure of the two structural columns, is the only rough surface of the whole space, and other materials to form a texture contrast. Unified coloring of walls and floors, blurred space structure, intelligent electronic glass partition, all of which bring the interactive experience of changing at any time.

家具、灯具、摆件：boconcept、 ligneroset、natuzzi、flos、 maigs、 estiluz、 Herman miller、ibride。 主要材料：print（意大利）金属板、pandomo地坪、电控雾化玻璃、水曲柳花纹浮雕木饰面、大理石。 艺术品：王韦（雕塑聆风，铜）、 kaws（雕塑，树脂）、 Lisa Pappon（雕塑殷桃、陶瓷）、晓光（油画、不锈钢球面装置）、tony toscani(油画）、向京（雕塑我看到了幸福，玻璃钢丝绒）。

Furniture, lamps and accessories: boconcept, ligneroset, natuzzi, flos, maigs, estiluz, Herman miller, ibride. Main materials: print (Italy) metal plate, pandomo floor, electronically controlled atomized glass, Manchurian ash embossed wood veneer, marble. Artworks: Wang Wei (sculpture wind, copper), kaws (sculpture, resin), Lisa Pappon (sculpture Cherry, ceramics), Xiaoguang (oil painting, stainless steel spherical device), Tony Toscani (oil painting), Xiangjing (sculpture I see happiness, FRPvelvet).
