项目地位处南京南站的喜马拉雅新型商业办公区，此案属于办公类型的空间性质，委托者的述求是想把空间打造成为一个灵活多变但又不失办公性质的综合性空间.

The project is located in the new Himalayan commercial office area of Nanjing South Railway Station. This case belongs to the space nature of office type. The client's statement is to make the space a flexible and changeable comprehensive space without losing the office nature.

▼休闲区/Leisure Area 休闲区的设计更像是住宅空间里的{客厅} 让会客与休闲更佳的交融，半隔断的形式也在私密与开放之间贯穿. The design of leisure area is more like {living room} in residential space to better blend visitors and leisure, and the form of semi-partition runs through between privacy and openness.

▼经理室/Manager's Office 经理室在空间功能上延续了接待洽谈功能.定制组合柜让原本单调的墙面更佳具有几何空间感.实现了功能与视觉的兼顾. The manager's room continues the function of reception and negotiation in space. The customized combination cabinet makes the original monotonous wall better have the sense of geometric space. It realizes the balance of function and vision.
