项目地位处南京南站的喜马拉雅新型商业办公区，此案属于办公类型的空间性质，委托者的述求是想把空间打造成为一个灵活多变但又不失办公性质的综合性空间.

The project is located in the new Himalayan commercial office area of Nanjing South Railway Station. This case belongs to the space nature of office type. The client's statement is to make the space a flexible and changeable comprehensive space without losing the office nature.

▼公共办公区/Public office area

公共办公区结合了办公、会议、培训三个功能的综合性。此区域与门厅处采用了方盒型的几何空间感来进行办公区域的划分。空间的材质采用的天然的橡木皮进行墙面的修饰，视觉上使空间区域的划分更佳明确，也体现出木纹本身带来的自然感. Public office area combines office, conference and training functions. This area and the lobby are divided into office areas by the geometric sense of space of square box. The material of the space uses natural oak to decorate the wall, which visually makes the division of the space area better and clear, and also reflects the natural feeling brought by the wood grain itself.
