本案从生态、绿色环保、对老人细致入微的关怀三大主题入手进行设计。通过对内外环境、设施与软装配套，合理科学的进行规划与整合，创造一个为老年人提供健康养老、幸福生活的理想家园。室内家具采用原木和暖色艳丽的色彩为老人打造出充满自然、祥和且充满生命力的居室环境。为了让老人的身体机能得到良好的康复，康复室为老人提供了相应的康复器械并有助于为老人制定康复计划，对老人的身体状况进行定期检查，时刻让老人及家属了解到老人的身体状态和康复状况。
    作为一个社区内给老人养老的服务中心，我们从它的灯光、选材、结构上都全方位的考虑到了老年人的感受，舒适、温馨、有家的感觉。各种灯光投射出的光源都为暖光，家具沙发都以布艺木艺为主要选材，整体格调设为黄色，绿色，为的就是能让老人在日常生活中有更加舒适的感觉，能更快适应服务中心的生活。从娱乐设施方面，为了能让老人多进行动脑动手的有益的活动，我们也尽可能的给老人提供了多方位的设施娱乐，包括影视、上网、康健室、棋牌类娱乐场所等等……这些娱乐设施的场所安排合理，并且多样性，让老人有了自主的多方面选择。
